We're hoping to do a few improvements to help with resale value before we sell in 3-4 years. It's already the nicest house on the block so we don't want to 'over' renovate and have it not be financially worth it. I've always rented so I've never had the opportunity to 'design' a kitchen space! What cabinet color (painted shaker style) and wall color/back splash would you match with this laminate counter top?
