But the first time I didn't even know because I had no symptoms, and only found out through a 1st trimester urine test. If it's tingly and you find yourself peeing a lot, it could be a UTI... Sunday, I took a pregnancy test and got a BFP. Yay! I have been having many of the usual symptoms, but have noticed another change in my body that I haven't read about...</p> <p>My clitoris has become insanely "tingly," almost like I am on the verge of an orgasm. It comes and goes throughout the day but I notice it most when I am sitting down. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal?</p> <p>I haven't even been able to call and make my first OB appointment because of the hurricane and my husband and I don't want to tell anyone until we have been to the doctor.
