That's just awful. Do you know yet what happened? </p> <p>I found it helpful for my own coping to have things that I could do to offer support/assistance. For my friend, the mom's group we were both a part of organized the food for the wake, made remembrance ribbons that we wore and gave out at the funeral, had a sign up for daily meal drop off, had someone mow the lawn every week (it was usually someone's husband), organized help cleaning the house, etc. This is a good site for organizing help, but there are lots of other good sites like it <a href="http://lotsahelpinghands.com/" rel="nofollow">http://lotsahelpinghands.com/</a>.
