For me my first appointment was meeting with the nurse to go over the basics and to set up my first OB just after 9 weeks. 9 weeks they measured me &amp; did a U/A to make sure that looked good. In most cases they will do a pap at my office, but I just had one the month before getting pregnant so she didn't do one. Nurse took my weight, blood pressure, date of last period. We sat down with the OB to go over due dates, vitamins, questions, etc. </p> <p>Then we did an ultrasound. Which was amazing! He took a measurement to make sure baby was right size for its age. Do's and Don'ts and medical history for me and my husband. But I was only 5 weeks at that point. They had a midwife talk to us and tell us what to expect with pregnancy, do's and don'ts, and all about the hospital we deliver at.
