I was on a very low dose pill &amp; had a normal cycle length right off the bat--and this was after being on the pill for 15 years. It's definitely different for every woman. It's definitely a real one, not just spotting -- cramps all up and down my lower body, migraine and all. I've only been on the pill for about 3 years consistently (ever since DH and I started dating) but was on and off of it for the past 10ish years. I always hear stories of AF taking months to come and/or regulate. Not sure whether to take this as a good sign, or not necessarily, but at the very least I can start paying some attention to my cycle sooner than I thought.... </p>
