@HeatherlovesKenny: DD is 4 months old. I really try not to let physical appearance get to me but when you mess with a girls hair! Lol :)

@mrsmenow: yup. Nothing like a good cry alone to make things better

Update: sex life a little better as of 5 minutes ago :) hehe

Girl go an cry and keep talking about it! We all go through these things. DD #1 was in the NICU so I didn't really have time to think about my emotions. With #2 I felt like I was going crazy-I would get frustrated, cry because I loved my new baby so much, cry because I changed DD #1's life so much, cry because I was overwhelmed. The best thing you can do is take time for your self, a few minutes here and there to regain some sanity and keep talking about all the emotions you are feeling.

I'm sorry :( all of it is hard! I feel so similar sometimes and burdened by negative aspects of life post baby--we all go through it after becoming mothers, some more than others. It's okay to cry! I do at least 3x a week and I know it's hormone related. Luckily, the tears are slowing down so I know I'm getting better. How many weeks/months pp are you? Also, most of that will improve: your hair, sex life and LO's sleep...it's all temporary!

When all you want to do is get in te shower and cry...

Who knows. maybe it's because it took my perfect little sleeper 1 hour to be put down tonight, or the raging migraine I've had for two days, or that hat I put on 70 lbs during pregnancy and still have 30 to loose and its definitely that all of my hair is falling out leaving me with a receding hairline and bald spots like an old man. And to top it off when I used to be able to "finish" like 100x during sex with my husband, I'm lucky if I can once because I am definitely not as sensitive.

And for some reason all of those things got to me at exactly the same time and despite DH's best efforts I walked into the bathroom, took a hot shower and cried. I feel much better but sometimes this postpartum stuff just sucks..
