<description>&#60;p&#62;Has anyone used a Noggle or fan in the back of the car to help keep their LO cool in the car?  My LO gets sweaty even when it is not 90 degrees outside.  Now that it feels like summer I am wondering what to do when we both have to get into a hot car.
