<description>&#60;p&#62;sorry you're not feeling well.  if you two can cuddle in bed and just let her nurse when she wants, even if she's not getting much out, the stimulation is good for production.  Keep trying to get fluids in and oatmeal is a tummy friendly thing that can help increase supply.  Hope you feel better soon.

<description>&#60;p&#62;UGH, my husband and I caught a stomach bug this weekend (we later found out it came from daycare).  Luckily the LO has not caught anything but after a day of not keeping any fluids down my supply has tanked!  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I have yet to take any supplements, but had to dive into my freezer stash to get her enough milk at day care and before bed at night.  I'm trying to drink a lot of fluids today and keep up with pumping every two hours.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Anyone else keep their supply through an illness?  Any other suggestions?
