:( Sorry you're going through this. Can you get her to be drowsy/sleepy before nursing? When A was going through her nursing strike, I would have to try to get her sleepy by giving her a paci, rocking and shushing her... and once she was sleeping, I'd nurse her and she would nurse well. Hope you get some rest!!

No tips, just wanted to commiserate. LO has started sitting up in her sleep, then wakes up all confused and cries. She's also become fond of pinching the skin on my boobs while she nurses. Let's hope these phases pass soon!

@BabyBoecksMom: Thanks. :(

@Smurfette: That does help soothe her, but not stop the kicking.

@hilsy85: I'll try the lovey again tonight, but it hasn't helped with the kicking in the past.

This too shall pass!! We found that giving him a lovey while he nursed helped calm his hands/feet.

No advice cause we didn't go through that when R started crawling but Hugs!!!
R will sometimes squirm during nursing and I put my hand behind her head and say it's ok, mommy is here, and it seems to calm her.

:-( I have no advice because I know it's a phase... But I know that doesn't help you at all. I'll just hope that things calm down for you very soon.

Ahhh! I am seriously going to lose it soon! Between the crazy diaper changing gymnastics and kicking and rolling even during nursing and in her sleep, it's gotten even worse today! She's starting to crawl inching along, but feeding and changing are nightmarish! I've already had more scratches on my stomach from her feet constantly DIGGING into me, and nursing sessions are usually less than 4 min. now because she wants to roll and squirm away. Usually I get one nap in the afternoon from nursing to nap, but today was insane! I had her rolling, kicking,twisting, all over! Las night we had 6 wake-up because she was trying to roll and crawl in her sleep. The kicking feet don't stop - even in her sleep?!?! Between this, the congestion, and I suspect teething, IDK what to do? I've spent an hour trying to get her to nap - I give up! Tell me this phase goes over quickly? My stomach can't take it anymore!
