That said, I think Landmarc in Time Warner Center is ideal, easy to get into because it is so big and they have a ridiculous number of high chairs! Unique stuff like tomato soup and grilled cheese "dumplings". I would just call and ask about highchairs / kids. My splurge place is Plataforma. Brazilian steakhouse. We usually go at an off time (in between lunch and dinner) so it's not crowded. My brother told me I could choose where to get dinner since he has spent the past 4 years getting to eat out in New York. We will have seven -ten adults (depending on how many friends my brother brings), and DD (who is 2.5). I can't seem to find a list of nice restaurants in NYC that are kid-friendly- all the kid suggestions I've seen are hamburgers or pizza type of places. I don't need a restaurant that has a kid's menu, just somewhere with a booster seat where other diners won't side-eye me for bringing a toddler. My kiddo eats a variety of things and I can usually find something for us to split. My family loves cool cuisine (a recent favorite find was a Balkan tapas place in DC), we don't mind spending a bit to get a great meal, and most people in my family enjoy a good wine or cocktail list as well :) </p> <p>Any suggestions? </p>
