Even at 3.5 I really don't want her to bring her own luggage though; it's a PITA because you end up carrying it more than they do, and if you have your own luggage to haul it can get messy. She loves rolling it around and it's the perfect size for her. Even at home, she enjoys playing with it. </p> <p>But if LO gets bored, and you have to roll it, it gets annoying. I'm short but you have to bend to roll, and although there is a strap, you have to fix the length to wear the strap. I also have an old kid's Samsonite rolling suitcase bought about 7 years ago and love it. He spent the hour between its delivery and dinner dragging it around the basement in circles. "Bye bye, mommy! Mommy, I back!" Repeat x 1000. It's super cute and seems sturdy but I don't think it would hold much more than a weekend's worth of clothes.
