Pedipeds by Kinderbliss has BOGO50, but $7 shipping so two pairs of shoes is still just under $20/each. Pedipeds has free shipping over $30, but full price shoes (no additional sales). And See Kai Run has 25% off smaller sizes, but there are no sandals in J's size, and the ones in his size in SKR larger aren't on sale.</p> <p>Frustrates me so much!
