It wasn't too bad until HS when my brother and I were both there. Everything our extracurricular activies gave us had our initals on it, and sometimes we would end up with the wrong bags. (they were identical shape/material. different logos). </p> <p>We are not planning on giving our children names with the same initals, but if we had names that we liked that happened to have the same ones we wouldn't change them because of it. DH and I were talking and are 100% sure that our next child's middle name with either be Joseph or Josephine. Joseph was my late FILs middle name and Josephine is my grandmother's given name (C's middle name is DH's grandma's name). I love the name Caroline for a girl, but that would make our kids Charlotte June and Caroline Josephine. </p>
