She has great credit and can afford it with no problems, so she really is every car dealer's dream because she is going in, buying, and leaving.<br /> So, they get there and the dealer is a jerk. He is nice to DH but a jerk to my sister. She is in her early 20s, so he probably thought she was stupid and he could be a jerk to her.<br /> First of all, he assumed she wanted the small sedan. He was shocked and said "oh, a big ole' SUV for you or is it for you?" (referring to my husband)<br /> OK...<br /> Then, when she said she wanted to 60m 0% financing, he was like, "oh well, you'd have to have great income and good credit for that".<br /> Um...?<br /> Finally, he asks her which one she wanted. My sister pointed to it and the man looks over to DH and says, "so typical of women, I ask which one she wants and she points to a row of a million cars".<br /> My husband was like, "Oh you think you can talk about women like that? Get the f*** outa here..."<br /> He walked into the dealership and asked for another dealer. He complained to the supervisor and then got special treatment, as the supervisor let them in his office, got them coffees and let them each test drive the car separately and was super apologetic the entire time. Then, they bought the car, but only after they "put the dealership through hell" as DH says.</p> <p>I just got a picture text from my sister with her car and she said, "I love my BIL." Aww </p>
