We did knobs for all the cabinets, handles for all the drawers. all the same size. Our layout is very similar to yours above.

We remodeled our kitchen 2 years ago and did the same handles on all, except for some 4 smaller drawers next to the sink - the handles didn't fit the design of the cabinets so we just did knobs on those in the same style.
I do remember struggling with the decision though!

I got exactly those bars from Ikea... We did shorter handles for shorter cabinets up top, longer ones for bottom ones.

I was originally going to do the bar pulls on all the drawers and knobs on all the cabinets. However I found a multi-pack of the bar pulls for cheap so I decided to go with those on everything--it looks really nice and I really like it. I would do these on everything. Ours look like the ones you posted.

Young House Love just remodeled their kitchen and I plan to switch out my handles the way they did it. Uppers have one type and lowers have another. Pics are on their site.

We did pull knobs for the cabinets and long bar pulls for the drawers. For some reason our drawers aren't all the same length but we did the same length pull.

We did different sizes, but the difference between the sizes was only an inch or so. It helps fill out the larger drawers/doors and the smaller ones are more proportional to the smaller doors/drawers.

If you were redoing your cabinets and needed to choose hardware, would you do same size hardware throughout the kitchen or do different sizes depending on the way drawers and cabinets look?

These are two images of our cabinets to come. Under that is a picture of the type of hardware I like. Should we do the smaller pulls for cabinets and longer ones for drawers? Same size for all? Something else?
