The advanced search is the key!</p> <p>I'm making a sparkly princess cape for my niece that incorporates a mosaic stitch (the design over the background). I find knitting hats very satisfying. I used to knit a lot more. The most recent thing I made was a tiny hat for CJ that she wore at the hospital after she was born. Haven't made anything else since, but it's a fun hobby for sure. For more free patterns, I'd recommend checking out knitty.com as you get more adventurous with your knitting.
