It was a full body “polish” (scrub) to remove dead skin cells, steam shower, then they gave me a massage and lotioned me all up and sent me on my way! And I had cucumber slices over my eyes the whole time too. Ddae-massage as Koreans call it. Basically, for about an hour you receive a body scrub to remove all the dead skin , body massage, a fresh cold cucumber pack for your face, and even hair washing! Afterwards, you can eat at their cafe or relax in different rooms such as a steam room, cold room, etc. It's so heavenly! I swear I always feel 5lbs lighter when I'm done :D. </p> <p>I use to go with my mom on a regular basis but after having our LO, I'm lucky if I can go once a year! Ahhh, I miss my spa days! </p>
