<description>&#60;p&#62;Never heard of that, but I suppose it can't hurt! I took evening primrose oil, raspberry leaf tea, black and blue cohosh, bouncing on the exercise ball, walking, spicy food...&#60;br /&#62;
If I'd been told about that tea, I probably would have chugged it, too. Good luck!

She said I shouldn't take castor oil because it's bad for the baby. I should try the tea first...&#60;/p&#62;

take 1 cinnamon stick, 10 cloves, 1 small ginger root, 1 tablespoon vervain&#60;br /&#62;
infuse with 4 ¼ cups of boiling water and drink during the day.
