However, my insurance covered LC from the local Children's Hospitals. There are no "in network" LCs in my area at all, so I hired the LC at my hospital who does home visits on the side and she provided me with a superbill to submit to my insurance.</p> <p>HOWEVER, they denied it at first saying she wasn't "in network", so I had to call them back and request a manager and explain (again) that there are no in network LCs in my area and they are *required* by law to cover a service if I have no other in network options.
