I plan on using this recipe http://www.drmomma.org/2010/08/lactation-cookies-recipe-increasing.html

@littlebittyhouse did they taste good? I was thinking about buying but you're right they're expensive. I think a one month supply was $50!

I'm a huge believer in lactation cookies and definitely think they help my supply. I can't link because I'm on my iPod but there is a fairly standard recipe floating around the net.

@littlebittyhouse: I tried Milkmakers and they didn't work for me. Probably because I was on pretty strong antibiotics fighting an infection and it pretty much killed any chances of breastfeeding for me.

This might be kind of gross, but I ordered Milkmakers back in August of last year and they have been sitting in my freezer every since. If you would like them, I would be happy to mail them to you free of charge. Not kidding. I didn't want to throw them out because they were so expensive. Off the top of my head I have 3 bags of them that are completely sealed. I only ate 2 or 3 of the opened bag. Post on my wall if you're interested.

I don't struggle with a low supply but some days I do feel like I am just 'getting by' and would love even an extra 'insurance' ounce at the end of the day.

LO is 7mo, I nurse him 1-2x in the morning, pump 3x at work, nurse him 2x in the evening and depending on his last session sometimes I pump before bed.

I am thinking lactation cookies might help? Have you had a good experience with them? Link to a recipe?
