We have a decent room now, but before we moved offices and during the move, we were in a corner office with floor-to-ceiling windows (thankfully, it had blinds), room temp at 69 or lower, and no furniture. I often was in a bathroom or closet. I also made use of my commute to work and pumped while driving. My organization's lactation room is pretty nice, but far from perfect. It's a windowless room with two curtained-off "stations" and a pretty uncomfortable chair in each. But there is a sink and a fridge in the room, and it locks, and it's located on my floor with plenty of availability. Although we do have a nice lactation room with a hospital grade pump, it's shared amoung so many women that I can't even get a spot on the calendar to use it.
