The threading isn't a 100% perfect match, but it is close enough to work without any issue for me. The OEM Hygeia flanges are a little pricey, but beware that the Maymom etc replacement ones have the same threading as the Medela. I thought I had found one but it was too big, very bummed! LO1 preferred Lansinoh nipples/bottles but I had a Medela pump so I spent a year pouring and washing extras :( don't want to do that again!</p> <p>I posted in the exclusively pumping Facebook group, but didn't get any replies, so I figured I would try here </p>
