Last night. I got teary eyed after watching a pre-recorded Grey's Anatomy. It was about a little boy who had a spinal tumor and pretended not to know about it to make his mother happy. My DH got teary eyed too. After having a baby, anything related to babies/kids gets me teary eyed.

Mine was Sunday - do you watch CBS Sunday Morning? There was a story about frat. hazing and this couple lost their 18 year old son. I could not stop crying. I think I made my husband a little uncomfortable.

@Tina- thanks your sooooo sweet. Its just crazy because we knew the potential of this and DH was the one freaking out and stressed. I was all optimistic and posative and strong that everything would work out and he would not have to leave or take those orders. Then when it actually happened its like he has made "peace" with it and is just glad to have an answer (because it could have been 3 years) and then was the strong one while I turned into a mess at that point! <sigh> Getting better each day and REALLY appreciating every day with him now.

@Andrea: ooh! good mornings are good... :D see, every kid is so different. When RJ was bad, we would NEVER have a good morning. So consistent...ly bad.

@tina: that is good to hear about RJ! like my thread about getting dressed in the mornings the other day, i think i have tried all the usual tactics but they don't work! when she gets in a super pissy mood that is just IT. but it comes and goes, this morning she was great. yay!

@Andrea: it gets better, I promise!! Rob Sr. and I were just discussing yesterday how much better RJ's behavior has gotten. But it's probably mostly because OUR behavior has gotten better too. We're less forceful with him and more understanding, and he has become more obedient, sweet, and willing to go along with us. In RJ's case I think he just wants to be understood. I know every kid is different... and of course the phases come and go... I wonder what will be next. *gulp*

This weekend. Been a rough week. Broke down out of no where just looking at DH. Trying to be strong but hit my breaking point. Just needed a good cry and DH held me.
Just not looking forward to being apart from him for 16 months.

I get teary eyed pretty much every day, mostly while listening to music or while watching tv or movies.

The last time I cried was yesterday when DH and I were watching Parenthood. If anyone watches the show...it was when Sydney asked Zoe if the baby was always going to sleep in her room. Made me tear up thinking about what Zoe must be going through!

I am way too sensitive. The other night as we were getting ready for bed I asked Rob Sr. to come turn off my light for me (kind of half-jokingly). He sighed a big sigh and said "seriously?" I turned off the light myself and said "see, you used to do everything for me the second I asked you to." He said "I still do mostly everything. I do 97% for you."

I started to cry because I wanted him to have the attitude of doing 100% for me... normally I'd start a fight but it just made me sad that he dropped 3% and didn't see an issue with it.

Way too sensitive.

I cried this morning while sitting in traffic. I was thinking of my grandma, who passed away in December, and her birthday is this Sunday. Just thinking about how much I missed her and how she'll never get to meet her great grandchild. I'm sure if the person in the car in front of me looked back at his rearview mirror, he would've thought I was nuts.

I am very quick to cry. I cried this morning while blow-drying my hair because I was thinking about my brother and missing him. He's in Texas (not like he's dead or anything) but I don't see him very often and I just miss him! It was kind of weird, but whatever. Maybe it is early (very early) onset pregnancy symptoms? A girl can hope, right?

Oh man I'm an emotional fool lately, yesteday it was over a Facebook post about a baby with cancer. The day before it's because I didn't know where I wanted to eat for dinner and the hubby was getting frustrated since I was turning down every idea he had but wouldn't provide one of my own.

I get teary eyed all the time. Like daily. It's never really taken much of a catalyst. It could be the news, a thought about LO, a Folgers commercial (sadly I'm not making that one up). But a good cry.... it's been awhile! I can't recall the last time. I tend to cry a lot whenever my husband and I have a big fight.
