A banana, a big PBJ on dense bread like Dave's Killer Bread or a bagel with cream cheese, and a Carnation instant breakfast. Basically anything that wouldn't be gross puking up. I had to stop eating at 12:00 am for my scheduled for 11am c-section. My surgery got pushed back to 3pm and I had PP complications so I didn't get to eat until 7am the next day! Nearly 24 hours without food and I was ready to kill.</p> <p>So on Monday, I'm going to set an alarm to eat at the very latest I can but get the most bang for my buck in terms of what will fill me up for longer.</p> <p>Any suggestions? I was thinking oatmeal would digest slowly....... I am off eggs in a big way right now so they are out. What would fill me up for longest?</p> <p>Eta: I need to finish eating by 5.45am so it's more breakfasty stuff! </p>
