LO touches the screen and shapes appear and disappear with silly sound effects. And we introduced Daniel Tiger a few months ago when we had several trips coming up. My son also loves Sesame St, and I don't mind listening to it. I think the characters are a bit um, weird, but they sing nursery rhymes. If you just search "kid songs" or "baby songs" a ton pop up. I find them deeply annoying but my kid loves the heck out of them. My LO is obsessed with Daniel tiger, though I don't think she had seen it yet at 15 months. But that's our last resort in general- I downloaded 5 episodes on my old iPhone and put it in a kid friendly case. This way she knows she can only watch it on THAT phone, mommy's phone doesn't have videos. I have lots of books, toys, a purse/wallet for him to explore and so many snacks. But I want to have some digital entertainment as a last resort. DS is 15 months and has had almost 0 screen timeaside from FaceTime with the inlaws though he is constantly trying to get every laptop, iPad, and phone in sight so I am sure it will entertain him.</p> <p>Any recommendations for apps or videos that he might like and that will save my sanity? </p>
