@ScarletBegonia: not since he was teeny. I am too scared to mess with things. But I'm also less scared of the dream feed than I am of night weaning or cio!

I'm following this too! My LO is now almost 9 months and been stuck in the same sleep pattern since 6 months. If it works, I'm on board!

My biggest fear in doing it is that he will wake up and want to be up for 2 hours playing when I want to go to sleep.

Following! My LO is 7 months and has the exact same sleep pattern, but I'm finding the middle of the night feeding to be very difficult now that I am back at work (I can never go back to sleep afterwards).

I was wondering if anyone introduced a dream feed later than advised? I've never done a dream feed with my son, because barring teeth, jet lag and the 4 month sleep regression he's been a rockstar sleeper. He self settles now after a bit of sleep training, goes down with no fuss around 7 or 730 and sleeps til at least 330am, sometimes 4 or 5. He'll be 6 months in a couple of days, and I'm headed back to work in a few weeks and would really love to get some uninterrupted sleep, although i TOTALLY realise that I'm very lucky with the sleep situation I've got now! So I'm wondering if anyone has started a dream feed at or after 6 months, and whether it worked? I know this is usually when people start to drop dream feeds, rather than start them!! But logic tells me if I could feed him around 10, he should sleep til 7? Anyway - if you have any stories positive or negative about dream feeds please let me know!
