Your body is most likely still regulating.

@mrs. 64 @littlek thanks, ladies! good to know i don't need to be worried. i will be glad when AF just gets here as i am now going insane and have fished my wondfos from this morning out of the trash, even though i know you can't trust any results after the 5-minute marker. you know, just to be sure. ha! thank goodness for hellobee. :)

@mfa_lady: when I came off depo my cycles were wonky but very short. I think I am just now regulating and I went off depo in December.

I would say that your body is still regulating. I know quite a few bees (myself included) have had 40 something day cycles in those first months post-bc. I would hang in there a few more days to test again or see if AF arrives.

@mrs. 64: i wish i was! i'm trying not to, at least for the first few months, because i sort of know i'll drive myself crazy with them. so technically i don't know when (or if) i ovulated during any of these three cycles. i guess it's sort of hard to have any idea what's going on with this tiny bit of info that i have. which is probably what my doctor would say, too, if i called. :)

Are you charting or using opks? Do you know when you ovulated? It might have been late.

@littlek: less stress this cycle than normal! haha. i wonder if just the imbalance could do it. i'm thinking i'm just still regulating...it's such a pain not to know when to expect AF.

Sometimes it takes awhile for your body to regulate. Have you had a lot of stress? That can affect your cycle as well.

I'm in my third cycle after going off birth control (took last pill at the end of April and have had two 35-36 day cycles since then) and am five days late (today is CD 41). I've taken a TON of HPTs and gotten all BFNs, starting about a week and a half ago.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any clue what could cause this? I figure I could just be still getting back to normal since I've only had a couple of periods since going off the pill, but am just wondering if it's something I should check out.
