I feel you on this...I didn't really have heartburn until recently and it blows. I also feel nauseous and have reflux some days and even threw up in my sleep a few weeks ago. Gross. At least there is some light at the end of tunnel for us - just wish I knew how soon!

I have no advice I'm afraid but I wanted to pop in and give you big virtual-hugs. That sounds horrendous....

Really, not long to go now. You could go into labour any minute - or you might have to wait around for a little while longer but, either way, you've come this far - you can totally make it through! Just think how worth it this will all be when you hold your lovely little girl in your arms.

I had terrible heartburn from 23 weeks on. I cut out dairy. Almond milk helps!

I had heartburn like a bitch my entire pregnancy, really sorry you're suffering with it, I know it's awful. I took Zantak twice a day and drank Gaviscon like water, 24 hours a day. Not eating and drinking together and eating protein whenever you eat fruit helps, as well as avoiding caffeine and citrus. It will go once baby's here, really hope you feel better soon :) Oh and I know it's an old wives tale but A has a ton of hair!

I am lucky to not have experienced much heartburn at all my entire pregnancy -- maybe 2 or 3 times? I thought I dodged at least one yucky symptom bullet, but it seems I haven't. As soon as baby girl dropped at the end of last week, I've had terrible heartburn every day. It comes and goes throughout the day (morning, afternoon, night, middle of the night) and doesn't seem to correspond with what I eat. I am such a baby about it, and I've been eating Tums like candy.

Baby is no where near my esophagus or stomach, so I'm not sure why this is happening now. Anyone else experience end of the road heartburn? How did you deal? Did it last until the end? Please tell me you went into labor shortly after!

ETA: I'm 37 weeks!
