I had diarrhea several times the morning I went into labor. I was definitely having tons of contractions and my water had broken, though, so no doubts about being in labor!

I had some stomach issues from about 35 weeks on but in the end, nothing was labor related. I think my stomach was just more sensitive toward the end. LO2 arrived at 39+4.

My stomach was a mess throughout my second pregnancy... eitherconstipation or loose bowels. I wouldn't worry unless you are feeling contractions.

I've had them off and on since 37 weeks and baby is still hanging out at 40+3.

I woke up last night with what seemed like a stomach bug or food poisoning. Doing a little better this AM; no contractions other than the BH I've been having for months now.

I'm only 35.5 weeks, but DD1 came just before 37 weeks, so I'm starting to get paranoid that this could be my body getting ready for labor!

Did you experience GI-bug like symptoms as an early sign of impending labor?
