Wow! I would just let her eat whatever. My LO only had the bottom teeth for the longest time (not much help for actually chewing food).

My LO only has his 2 bottom teeth but he eats a lot of table foods. They don't actually chew with their teeth (as most babies only have their front teeth that they don't actually use to chew, just bite). They use their gums to mash up food.

I would try introducing more table foods...I think it's just a matter of getting used to new textures!

@caffeinated: good to know there's at least one other late tether out there! Everywhere I turn, I see babies like 6 months old with little bottom teeth and I'm getting sick of everyone asking when L's teeth are coming in. And I know what you mean about finding food in their cheeks! She's like a little hamster.

Yup, 8.5 months and still no teeth! I am very reluctant to give her too much adult food because i find it hidden in her cheeks when i am about to bathe her and have to fish it out!

Anyone else have a late teether? L is 10 months old and still no signs of teeth! She's had teething symptoms for awhile now but no teeth ever pop out :( It's tough b/c she doesn't like purees and would prefer to eat whatever we eat, but as you can imagine, it's hard to eat grown up food w/out any teeth!
