<description>&#60;p&#62;That really sucks. Your agent should be able to tell you if there is anything you can do. The laws are different in each state. If he doesn't know his broker will. My office has a lawyer available to the agents too and he will give advice in sticky situations.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Our buyers just missed their finance deadline and asked for an extension. We also just found out that to get funds from their bank they have to close on 2 properties. In our agreed contract only 1 property was mentioned. There was no mention of this other property (which is also out of state). Our realtor is pissed and said this is contract fraud. My question is....can we do anything? Right now I'm really worried about this deal going through....ugh
