They told me yesterday at our Parent Teacher Conference that he leads all the other kids in imaginative play. He gets them all organized to play pretend baseball or make a pretend marching band. She said the other kids look up to him and often what he says goes. In her peer group she is a leader. She seems to be the friendly / comforter one within her group of daycare friends. She's definitely an extrovert. But she is not super bossy which I think is a trait a lot of leaders have.
