Another Hello Kitty funtainer fan. Our LO wouldn't drink any WCM milk until we started putting it in her HK funtainer bottle. She finally drinks milk because of that bottle. Hurray!!!!

I think the Skip Hop straw bottles are also pretty leakproof. We take those out with us all the time and I have not had any issues with leaking.

@Mrs. Rabbit: @MUI831: @mrsjyw: Checked those out today. I'm just a little worried that K is super rough on her cups and throws everything these days. Maybe I'll pick one up next time to try. Thanks!

@autumnlove: @MrsScallop: Thanks! Those sound promising.@Smurfette: @dagret: I can barely get K to drink milk period, but she loves to drink from a straw - so I'm not about to take on 3 battles at once. :p

@ShootingStar: Yup, there is a trick! It works by them sucking a little lower than the opening, so it takes a little more strength than just sucking like from a straw. There's a little valve that needs to open (that prevents it from leaking/spilling)—I haven't looked into it, but I'm thinking it might be similar to nursing since they have to use more of their tongue to suck. Does that make sense?

@Mrs. Rabbit: We tried those and neither DH or I could get much out of it. And DS ended up just chewing on the straw because he couldn't get it to work. Is there some trick to it we're missing? I'd really like a sippy I can fill and bring to daycare and not have it spill (unlike the take n toss straw cups we use at home).

We use these and I really like them. They *sometimes* leak a little if I screw the lid on too tight (it breaks the seal), but it's only a few drops. http://www.amazon.com/Nuby-2-Pack-No-Spill-Flexi-Colors/dp/B003N49ML8 You can get them at Target, too.

I'm so annoyed with all the cups! We use Zoli and Muchkin straw cups for water. No problem with leaking when traveling with water, for the kinds with lids.

Now, MILK is an entirely different issue with the same exact cups and I have no idea how to stop it. If I have any kind of milk in any of the cups we have, the milk just flows out of the straws and every cup I pick up ends up with a puddle ring of milk around it. So now I just use regular cups with straws for milk at home, but I can't take milk out with us in the diaper bag for fear of milk leaking everywhere. She doesn't take bottles.

What cups do you use for toddlers drinking milk on the go?
