I always defrost in a bowl so I don't lose much, but it is really annoying. I learned to not just defrost the milk directly on a shelf in the fridge! I switched to up &amp; up when I ran out of bags because of this issue. That way if there was a leak, it would still go inside the clean Ziploc. I reused the Ziplocs a bunch of times because usually there was no leak. Sorry that happened! I had a measly 17oz and defrosted my last 2oz today. Just went to make a bottle and most of the bag had leaked into the container I was defrosting the bag in. It wasn't an issue of the bag not sealing tight bc when I lifted the bag the leak was clearly from the bottom.<br /> There was no leak when I filled the bag so I'm not sure what happened. The only thing I can think of is this bag was from an opened box leftover from my pumping days with dd1 over a year ago. But I don't think plastic will "weaken" that fast? </p> <p>I'm afraid now! Anyone else ever had this happened? </p>
