We have Nemo, Cars, and Planes. There's a great writing activity book mine likes. The real hit is their US map puzzle and solar system, but they aren't great for the plane.

if your LO has this - any recommendations for specific books? I'm ordering one for our upcoming plane ride - and I have a Tangled book at the ready.

I have the Solar System thing put away for Christmas but I could always bring that, I suppose. But it's a little big so I'm thinking of getting a couple other books. Does anyone have these? Saw them at Target.
