His little legs were covered with bruises from knocking into things and crawling on hard stuff.</p> <p>Now that he is walking, it's a whole new level of falling. She's starting to be a bit more of a daredevil with trying to cruise between 2 objects. She's gotten pretty good at sitting herself down gently or just falling onto her nice padded bottom (from cloth diapers). Occasionally though she''ll have more momentum and fall to her butt and then keep falling backwards. And then yesterday I noticed a bruise on each of her shins. She doesn't seem upset when she falls but I feel like I should put more padding underneath our carpet or something (it's over wood floors so its not the softest landing).<br /> How did you deal with the learning to walk spills? </p>
