I know there's three in our daycare. I've met one of them once or twice since she's mainly there during the day, but not in the mornings or afternoons. I just ask since there was a change in staff for us where LO's favorite one left and stayed in Mexico. So I was wondering the same thing. But we just did a small gift every day, and a nice gift card for Teacher Appreciation week last week. So I think that we are going to have R make a card but that is all. While I have definitely had some issues with this daycare, and have considered switching him (and probably would be switching if we were staying in the area), there is no denying that they really love him and he has been happy there. I feel like we should get them something as a thank you. We do not know his actual teacher, just the 2 girls who are doing drop-offs and pick-ups, so I don't really know that we should get individual gifts, but rather something that the whole staff can enjoy. Thoughts or suggestions? </p>
