It's an on-site daycare so they will be back for drop-in care in the future. We knew all a long that we would only be there full time for 2 months until we moved and found an au pair. </p> <p>They all have been so nice and the babies and I will miss them. </p> <p>Plus it's Christmas, so I'm going to get them something. </p> <p>I think I'm going to get them Coffee to go cups from Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks and a gift card. I had a card for each of them and some fun, fancy donuts from a local shop. I also got mini cupcakes for the class but it was also right before a holiday so sort of to celebrate that as well. She had only been there for a few months before we switched locations but her main teacher was super lovely helping LO adjust to daycare. DD has been in the same room for almost 5 months now. The main teacher has only been there for 1-1 1/2 months but the assistant has been there the entire time. She's also there every morning when I drop DD off. Is a goodbye gift appropriate and, if so, what? Is it bad if it's only for the assistant? And what about the kids - DD has been with the bulk of them since she started there a year ago. I see some of the parents on occasion. Do I bring a treat, leave goodbye notes, etc.? </p>
