@yin: @Weagle: I'm sure I would be freaking ALOT more if P had never stayed overnight! She has stayed with my mom though so I know she'll be well taken care of and G has been staying with "grandma" since he was a week old! I think I worry more about her running out of milk or dipes than anything else.... and I get kinda sad thinking P won't get to nurse for those days. *tear*

@NaturallyCathy: Lists, yes! I need to make some AND go ahead and prepare some bentos for her! So much to do!

I didn't get a cchoice on when I was letting DS stay overnight with his grandparents for the first time. Because of DD, we would hav to let him stay with my parents much younger than I would like - he was just 13 months old - but at least we had the foresight to keep bags packed for him for whenever we went to the hospital. I was super worried too, even though I knew my parents would take really good care of him. It's normal. Just be sure to write out any concerns, restrictions, routines, favorite items, etc for the caregiver. I'm told this helped immensely because at one point, they ran out of something but they didn't wanter to bother me while I was recovering. Luckily it had been written down and they didn't have to! It's tough but it'll be okay!

I've never left LO overnight, and I've only left her with someone other than DH a handful of times. (Though, if our family were nearby, I would leave her a lot more.) Even for those short breaks I still worry a ton. I just have to keep telling myself that the goal is health and survival. I'm thankful that someone is willing to keep her, and it doesn't have to be perfect.

I'm leaving my LO for the first time this weekend for a wedding, and it is totally nerve wrecking. He is almost 2 years old, but I feel like I'm packing half the house with me to make sure he has everything he needs. This is his first overnight trip with his grandparents, and I'm afraid of everything that can go wrong.

Tomorrow DH & I head out of town for our first weekend away since our honeymoon almost 2 years ago! I'm so excited but also kinda freaking out!!! I'm sure P will be fine but I can't help but wonder if *I* have prepared enough!

I have just about 60oz of milk stashed & she's finally eating *well* so I know it should all be fine but still... How do you not freak about running out of milk?! I also got a pack of seventh gen sposies so my mom wouldn't have to worry about washing dipes but what if its not enough?!...

I'm sure both are sufficient but its hard not to worry. Eek!
