With DD1, I was getting clogged ducts every other week from the time she was around 2 months. I finally started taking lecithin granules (I can't swallow large pills), one teaspoon per day with my cereal, and never had a problem after that.</p> <p>With DD2, I started taking it straightaway after she was born, and now 12 months later, still BF'ing and have had zero clogged ducts. I just had mastitis this week but it was bc my son wasn't eating much, etc. One thing that helps a ton is exfoliating your nipples after showering using a damp washcloth. It was just a clog duct but she suggested I start taking Lecithin to help with preventing it from happening again.</p> <p>Did anyone take this for clog duct issues and did it work for you?</p> <p>I ordered some online but the LC said I could get it at whole foods. </p>
