@gingerbebe: @AmandaB8: @Ree723: Thanks ladies! :)

Amazon is fast... I swear I ordered it yesterday and it came in today. It is a rather large pill! My LC told me I can take 1-3 a day but to start off with 1 so I took one today.

My plug duct is almost gone... really working it... such a pain. Hopefully I don't have to deal with another one now! :)

Yes! With DD1, I was getting clogged ducts every other week from the time she was around 2 months. I finally started taking lecithin granules (I can't swallow large pills), one teaspoon per day with my cereal, and never had a problem after that.

With DD2, I started taking it straightaway after she was born, and now 12 months later, still BF'ing and have had zero clogged ducts. I swear by the stuff!!

Yes I use the same one and didn't get a clogged duct for months. I just had mastitis this week but it was bc my son wasn't eating much, etc. One thing that helps a ton is exfoliating your nipples after showering using a damp washcloth. Keep the dead skin and dried milk off the pores.

@lawbee11: Good to know! I got mine on amazon too... I got the sunflower version instead of the soy... since I'm slightly allergic to soy. Thank you! :)

@Raindrop: Yes! I got mine from Amazon. It worked really well and I didn't have an issue with clogged ducts anymore once I started taking it.

I had a meeting with an LC ... thinking I had mastitis or a clog duct. It was just a clog duct but she suggested I start taking Lecithin to help with preventing it from happening again.

Did anyone take this for clog duct issues and did it work for you?

I ordered some online but the LC said I could get it at whole foods.
