<description>&#60;p&#62;could be eczema, or if it's really warm it could be heat rash.  We get both over here!  I use coconut oil, it's natural and smells like she's been on a tropical baby vacation.

<description>&#60;p&#62;My son had the same problem. He has eczema so he gets the leg fold and arm fold rash from time to time. Just keep it lubed constantly and it should get getter. I put aquaphor on it constantly.
