<description>&#60;p&#62;Someone in my family accidentally biked into a pedestrian in FL :( The person went to the hospital. I don't know what the injuries were like. The biker doesn't have car insurance bc they don't have a car, and works a minimum wage job, no savings, etc. They got a letter from a lawyer representing the victim, asking for a statement and details for all the insurance policies the biker has.... which is none. They don't really know what to do or where to go from here. Any legal bees know any precedents in this kind of situation or a trusted lawyer friend in FL?
