They are the perfect thickness, the waistband goes nice and high and is thick but NOT too stiff or tight. I'm wearing them right now. I'm in love. I actually wore a top I hate just so that I could wear these leggings today. They have cottony ones that I find more thin but they also have like spandexy ones that are very opaque and metallic pleather ones that are amazing.
