I wear a total of FOUR BRAS when I'm jogging at the gym-- three sports bras and a workout cami with a built-in shelf bra, and I have my nursing pads on under the first bra. It's a PITA but worth it for me to not knock myself out or give myself a black eye.

I haven't been there yet, but is there an exercise like cycling that might be less jiggle prone? Or wearing two sports bras?

So I'm 9 weeks postpartum and it's finally time to start seriously shedding pounds. I've already lost over 35 pounds from nursing alone. I've got 5-10 pounds to go to get to pre-this pregnancy weight, and then another 5-10 to get to pre-first pregnancy weight. So it's time to start incorporating exercise into my lifestyle again.

The problem is, I have a really active let-down that is triggered easily by movement, and it almost always happens when I jiggle. Which is often, since I'm a DD.

I don't think there's anything I can really do about it other than tighten the straps of my nursing bras (I wear sport nursing bras anyway) and double up on the nursing pads... wondering if there's anyone else out there who suffers from this and wants to commiserate about dripping sweat AND milk!!

So gross. :P
