Sometimes we'll take her to this story/music time drop-in class at a local cafe on the weekends. I even found a library near them that has story hour on Wednesday mornings and sent her newsletters to free activities. Mahwah has library time on Wed. AM with song time after but only if you live in Mahwah. Plus my local library only lets you come if you are over 2.
