Just a word of caution on urgent care when you're so early in pregnancy. I had bleeding with my pregnancy early on and went to urgent care and they did both an abdominal and a vaginal ultrasound and told me they couldn't find anything/no heartbeat and that I was going to have a miscarriage. I followed up with my OB like 2 days later and their better ultrasound machines and technology had NO issue picking up developmentally appropriate fetal development as well as a heartbeat. My OB said that that wasn't the first time urgent care had mis-diagnosed a miscarriage. My bleeding was caused by a SCH, which the OB's office also picked up and which urgent care missed. So, no matter what they say, I would suggest following up with your normal OB practice for sure. No real cause was ever identified and I bled throughout my first trimester. But baby was and is still growing fine at 32 weeks. Best of luck to you.
