I completely understand that sites use and need ads as a revenue stream, but if sites don't monitor the types of ads that get posted, I don't think it's rude for me to "hide" them. If I could pick and choose which sites have hidden ads and which don't, I would, since "normal" ads don't bother me. But I don't know how to do that. </p> <p>So for me, it's either hide all ads everywhere, or stop visiting sites that have skeevy ads on them.
