I've heard good things about EcoBottom, though. As far as staying in place, they don't always if your child is on the move. They would bunch up a bit in his booty and sometimes he would come to me telling me he had "poo poo" when really it was just the liner. </p> <p>We only used them briefly. I didn't feel like it was worth the hassle to be honest. I'm thinking of doing this because I think my diapers didnt seem as absorbent as before may because of the earth mama angel baby bottom balm.
