<description>&#60;p&#62;@mrs. bird: It calms me down too!  Whenever we have a busy weekend planned or a trip I have list after list of things I need to get done, pack, ect.  It makes my heartrate drop a bit just to see it on paper, so weird!

<description>&#60;p&#62;yes!! i love making lists.  even lists of things i'll never really get or accomplish, fantasy nursery shopping- yes, please! lol, it's a guilty pleasure.  it calms me too, i get overwhelmed easily sometimes and lists give me a feeling of control &#38;amp; structure.  i'm so weird!
