@shopaholic: i don't think it was teeth, but i'm checking after her morning nap. it was like she just lost it and couldn't fall back asleep.

@Cherrybee: thanks! @Smurfette:
@woohoo585: blerg. i thought we were fine with the time change and then this happened! no clue why.

i got her up again and finished watching magic mike (perfect for a 9.5 month old, right?!) and she was relaxed on me. put her back down around 1115 and she lost it again. i pulled her into bed, but she thrashed around (we never co-sleep anymore). put her back in the crib. freaked out.

gave up and made up the pull out sofa in the living room and we both passed out in there until DH woke up for school at 330. i fed her, and put her back in her crib and we slept til 745.

one night of it is manageable, but there is no way we can do that again tonight. kinda freaking out.

This was us this week too. It's crazy how quickly sleep deprivation effects you, I think it's almost worst now after having a baby who would consistently sleep and then going back to almost newborn-like behavior. I hope it gets better for you, our LO had a much better night last night so I'm hoping by the end of the week everyone will be back to normal.

Thinking of you! It is hard.

This time change is killing me. I can't handle this 5 am wake up. I like getting ready for work by myself not trying to keep her out of stuff or keeping her happy without holding her cause then I can't do anything.

Aaw, thinking of you. It's so hard when they're upset. I hope she has gone to sleep for you and feels better in the morning. Big hugs.

:( Boo. I saw your pic. Poor R. Have you tried giving her any Baby Tylenol or Motrin? K's wake-ups are too heart-breaking for us with the teething. Whenever I finally give in and give her some Baby Motrin, she can finally sleep a good stretch.

R is having a rough freaking night and has been crying off and on for almost 2 hours. We let her hang with us for about 30 minutes as she kept ramping up despite repeated efforts to calm her down. And now she's still freaking out in her crib while I watch a movie and DH goes to bed because he has to wake up at 330 am. This is one of the worst nights in a long time. She's always been able to go to sleep even when she was working on 4 teeth at once. I think I would take a couple night wake ups over this sobbing and freaking out.

Anyone having a rough go of it recently?
